
Bryon Land focuses his practice on business and corporate law, with an emphasis on state and federal taxation. He advises clients on business sales and acquisitions, executive compensation, entity formation, individual and entity taxation, and estate planning for individuals and business owners. In addition, he frequently represents taxpayers and businesses in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing agencies.
Currently, Bryon is a member of the Eugene-Springfield Tax Association and the Eugene Estate Planning Council. He previously served as an executive committee member of the Business Law and Taxation sections of the Oregon State Bar.
Bryon holds an LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida, where he graduated with high honors and was a Graduate Editor of the University of Florida Tax Review. Before receiving his LL.M., Bryon earned a bachelor's degree in economics, cum laude, from Willamette University and graduated from Willamette University College of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as the Associate Editor of the Willamette Law Review.
